Well welcome to my new blog. I have started this blog to record my progess and thoughts on the Isagenix program. I recieved my shipment on Friday and started it today. I am very exicted to get the ball rolling and to see great amounts of improvement and loss over the next few weeks and month.
I have not weighed and measured myself yet, I will weigh tonight and have Brent take my measurements when he gets home this evening.
I woke up this morning and got all my stuff out that needed to be consumed this morning, nervous the whole time. Not quite sure why, probably because I do not know what to expect and how it will make me feel. Also given the fact that I am so ready for a change in eating and inches lost, but know that I will need to be very disciplined. So I made the shake, mixed a little ice, 8oz of H2O and 2 scoops of the "french vanilla" shake powder and blend. I then drank that. Next it says to take 5 womens essentials, and 3 accelarator capsules. I took these all at once. I think I need to inquire about this as I was reading another persons blog that just started about a week ago and she is spacing her capsules out during the day. So it should be interesting to see how it goes with me taking all of them at once. So far it has been over an hour and I am feeling fine. Then I took my shot of Ionix Supreme mixed with again 8oz of water. That stuff wasn't as tasty but I did it. I think what I will do tomorrow is do the shot of it first then do my shake. Help wash down the taste. I think I will have a small lunch and do the other shake for dinner. Or maybe do a shake for lunch and then enjoy a small dinner. That way I can have dinner with my family. We will see.
My plan is to do two precleanse days (2 shakes a day and one meal) then cleanse for a day or two, and then do 8 days of shakes (1 shake a day, 2 meals) and start all over again. I think this will work best for me.
To all the readers that are choosing to follow me in this journey, I can use all the support and prayers I can get. It is going to be a hard process in the beginning but I know that the end results are going to be well worth it. Soon Brent will be embarking on this journey right along side of me. Wait until you see the new us!!!
